Video-Quip – 13 minutes that will bless you like crazy….

Take 13 minutes out of your day and watch this video all the way through….it’s a video of Bear Grylls and Deion Sanders out in the wilderness. It’s a testimony of courage and of a sports hero who is not ashamed to be a Spirit-filled Christian. My reason for showing this? Never ever be afraid or ashamed to be the person that God created you to be!

Video-quip: The Kinchen’s accept the challange.

Well, the Kinchen family (except Courtney and Jayce who were working) took the ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE for A.L.S. We are all donating and hope you will too. JUST REMEMBER THIS IMPORTANT THING…….The donations may help find a cure for people who “get” ALS, but only PRAYER will cure those who already “have” it. Please pray diligently for those people and their families. I know they will appreciate it.

VideoQuip – “I just knew I couldn’t. I just knew I couldn’t. I knew I had to keep him.” Justin Bieber’s Mom When People Told Her To Abort Him.

I am soooooooooo Pro-Life! Why? That’s easy, it’s because Jesus is Pro-Life. He said, “I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” (John 10:6 MSG) The Lord even told Jeremiah, “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5 NLT) The truth is the truth, whether everyone is in favor of it or not. Justin Bieber’s mom, Pattie Mallette, is glad that she didn’t take the advice of others when they suggested she have an abortion. I’m pretty sure Justin is thrilled as well. Please click the link below to watch a video as Pattie tells her story in an interview. Also, read about her new book, NOWHERE BUT UP, that was released today.

Justin Bieber’s mom, Pattie Mallette, came out with her new book today titled, NOWHERE BUT UP. Here is what her book is all about….

Most people only know her as Justin Bieber’s mom, but Pattie Mallette has had an incredible journey of her own. Many people have heard of her son’s rags to riches triumph. A few know she was a teen mom who had to overcome a drug and alcohol addiction. Even fewer know the rest of her story.

Now, for the first time in detail, Pattie shares with the world the story of a girl who felt abandoned and unloved. Of a teenager who made poor choices. Of a young woman who attempted suicide and could hardly bear to believe that God would ever care for her. One who messed up, got pregnant, and got a second chance. Every reader will find themselves somewhere in Pattie’s painful journey of redemption. They will be encouraged by her example that what was once broken can become whole.

Pattie’s story will inspire readers to believe that even in the darkest of places, there’s always hope. For those who feel unlovable, there’s always love. And for those who believe they’re a lost cause, there’s always room for another chance.

VideoQuip – From The Inside Out

Romans 12:2 in the New King James Version says, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

That word “transformed” denotes a change that begins on the INSIDE FIRST and then shows up on the OUTSIDE. We tend to attempt to change the outside without even feeding the inside…which is our spirit. Trust me, THAT WILL NOT WORK! Read verses 1 and 2 in The Message Bible….

“So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life – your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life – and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.” (Romans 12:1-2 MSG)

I found an old message of mine that may help you initiate this “inside-out” transformation. It’s called, THE LOST ART OF LISTENING. As I watched it, I think it is more relevant today than it was when I first preached it. I pray you will make time to watch it. It is life-changing for sure. Let me know what you think!
