WHAT DID YOU SAY?

We are all human (a physical living body). That’s a fact. BUT, we are all spirit, too (a spiritual being living IN a physical body). That’s a fact. Unfortunately, as humans we tend to be all about what we can see and feel with our “natural” senses. I say “unfortunately” because it’s what we CAN’T see and what we DON’T feel that can change our life the most. And that comes from the spiritual side of us.

Let me explain…. In Genesis 1:26, God said, “Let Us make human beings in Our image, to be like Us.” Whether a person knows it or not, we are ALL created in God’s image, to be like Him. One of God’s greatest character traits is “things are created by the words He speaks.” When God said, “Let there be light…” light showed up. And, because we are created like Him, our words also create…. that means positive words AND negative words. When we speak words from our natural side, we say things like, I’m always sick., or, I never have enough money., or maybe, My kids are always bad. Statements like this will NEVER change the situation. They only prolong it because the negative statements keep creating sickness, lack, and bad behavior over and over again.

The Bible says, “….let the weak say, I am strong.” (Joel 3:10) Did you SEE that? It said that a weak person should say (by speaking words out of their own mouth) I AM STRONG. Why would a weak person say, “I am strong.” It’s because they don’t need to be a reporter proclaiming what they HAVE, over and over again. They want to tap into their spiritual side, and be a creator by speaking God’s Word, which creates things that CANNOT be seen…. yet. Our words, when spoken, either confirm and prolong what we see, feel, and already have, or they create what we can’t see, feel, and desire. So, my advice to you is, Choose the Words you speak Wisely.

PS – In Joel 3:10 the word “strong” is defined, Champion. So, “Let the weak say, I am a Champion!”
